OUR MISSION

We’re curating homes that elevate the way our clients live. Our homes aren’t museums and shouldn’t be so precious that they don’t perform in the ways that our lifestyles often necessitate. Mariana gets to know how clients move within their space and what features and design elements will help them get the most out of life within their four walls. She balances her love for function with an equal love for beauty, pleasure and celebrating the story of the individual, couple, or family that lives in the home. She sees the design direction as a collaboration between the client and designer.
 

THE GOAL

Our four step plan ensures that the design process and execution stays organized and clear for the client.

  • Listening is the first and most important step in any project that we take on. Without truly getting to know how the client(s) live within a space, what they need from the space and how they want to feel within the space, the design process can’t and won’t start.

  • After assessing the client's needs and wants, we can move onto creating a budget, realistic timeline, connecting with the pertinent contractors and tradesmen, and establishing the project's scope.

  • Once we've established the Planning Stage, we'll work on the design direction, collaborate with the architect on the 2D and 3D plans, source materials + finishes, and furniture + decor.

  • We partner with a team of trusted local contractors, architects, tradesmen, vendors, and artists to execute and complete the project. Once the contractor completes their portion of the project, Mariana will come in for final styling.
